Ken d’Entremont is the CEO and a Director of Medexus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He was the founder of Medexus Inc., one of Medexus Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s predecessor companies. Previously, he was the general manager and vice president of business development at Sanofi, where he led the in-licensing initiatives for Sanofi Canada. Mr. d’Entremont holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from McMaster University.

Brendon Buschman joined Medexus in June 2019, most recently serving as VP Finance & Corporate Controller before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in June of 2024. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance and strategy with publicly traded and privately held organizations. Mr. Buschman holds a Master of Finance (MFin) from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and a CPA, CA designation.

Theresa serves as Vice President and head of Medical Affairs at Medexus. She previously served in Medical Affairs leadership positions with Covis Pharma, bluebird bio, Boehringer Ingelheim, and AMAG Pharmaceuticals, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship with Sankyo Pharma. She holds a PharmD from St. John’s University and a BS in Chemistry and Computer Science from Fordham University (Marymount College).

Dina serves as Vice President, Commercial Strategy, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership in pharma. Dina is responsible for commercial strategy and execution across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access. Prior to joining Medexus, Dina held senior leadership roles at GE HealthCare, CSL Behring, and Merck. Dina holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from West Chester University.

Vice President, Global Operations and Compliance
Toshiye serves as Vice President, Global Operations & Compliance, with responsibility for Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Operations, Program Management and Supply Chain. She has more than 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry spanning development through commercialization, with leadership experience across manufacturing, quality, regulatory affairs, supply chain and program, portfolio and alliance management. Ms. Ishisaka holds a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from The Evergreen State College and a Mini-MBA in BioPharma Innovation from Rutgers Business School and has completed post-graduate and professional education in drug development and lifecycle management, finance, negotiation and leadership, and biomanufacturing through Harvard University, the University of Washington, Harvard Law School and MIT.

Khaled serves as a senior director of regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance with more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. His expertise spans regulatory strategy, drug development and submissions, product lifecycle management, safety oversight, and compliance. He combines technical knowledge with strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills to guide complex projects, advise executive teams, and align regulatory priorities with business goals. His therapeutic experience includes oncology, hemophilia, autoimmune disorders, and pain management.

William serves as Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations at Medexus Pharma, where he leads commercial strategy, operations, and cross-functional commercialization initiatives. He brings more than 25 years of biopharmaceutical leadership experience across sales, marketing, market access, analytics, trade and distribution, and corporate development. Since joining Medexus in 2018, he has helped lead the commercialization of Rasuvo®, Gleolan®, IXINITY®, and GRAFAPEX®. He previously held senior leadership roles at four start-ups and DuPont Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Poncy holds an MBA and a BS in Biological Sciences.

She focuses on shaping organizational structure, strengthening leadership capabilities, and building the talent and practices needed to support Medexus’ growth and long-term business objectives.
With over a decade of experience across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and professional services, Meaghan brings a broad perspective on the challenges businesses face at different stages of growth. Her approach is practical and business-focused, emphasizing organizational effectiveness, clear accountability, and aligning people and leadership with business priorities.
Meaghan holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Windsor. She also holds the CHRP and PHR designations and a Certificate in Advanced Human Resources Law for Senior HR Executives from Osgoode Hall Law School.

He previously served in senior positions with WeWork and as a corporate associate with Debevoise & Plimpton and WilmerHale. He holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MSc from the University of Oxford, and a BA from Queen’s University at Kingston and is admitted to practice law in New York.
